Group Visioning

We can facilitate a visioning and S.W.O.T. analysis for both public and private leaders.  This is a highly interactive process that sets the course for a group to work together and create a cohesive plan for a community, economic development group, Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, a company, etc.

BR&E

Utilizing our training and experience, we can provide:

• Training for EDC Board members or other groups on the visit process
• Surveys to capture appropriate data
• Establish a customized BR&E program to address your needs; including appointment letters, visit/survey forms, follow-up responses, etc.

 

GRANTS...

TMG can provide the following services:

• Identify grant opportunities at the local, state, federal and national level
• Provide grant writing services
• Work with local, state and federal officials to secure letters of support on behalf of the grant
• Coordinate necessary meetings with administrators of applicable grant programs
• Complete any necessary applications, filings, documentation, etc., so that clients stay within eligible uses for the grant funds
• Plan and host a project tour with relevant agencies
• Provide a progress report and periodic updates on key developments
